Legacy License of existing drug manufacturing licensees should complete the registration in e-Aushadhi portal before 31/12/2027
All Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing license holders are required to complete the product updation process on the e-Aushadhi portal before 31/12/2027
As per the 11th Amendment to the Drugs and Cosmetic Rules, Rules 156 and 156A have been omitted. Therefore yearly retention applications for manufacturing licenses and loan licences are no longer required.
From 2026 August 1 onwards, all applications will be accepted only through the E.Aushadhi portal.
